2. Identify, verify and prequalify subcontractors.
We have developed a customized questionnaire to gather in depth information on each and every sub we choose to refer. We accumulate job history, licensure, insurance coverage and other pertinent information.
3. Introduce subcontractors to owners, developers, and General Contractors.
We identify the need for a consultant, subcontractor or specialty contractor, match the need to our list of prequalified subcontractors and make the referral. If the referral leads to a contract, we earn our fee.
